Seven Excellent Recommendations For An Amazing Movie To Watch Today

By Royce Foster

You should also look for a service that provides a big range of videos. If the motion picture is still at the theater and it has yet to be released on video it will not be available yet on a lawful website. Just like the video store or subscription service, you can only download motion pictures that have been released on video. One advantage however, is that the choice should be better than your area video store because computer files don't take up tangible space like hard-copy videos do. Most of the sites will provide music and games too.

Pick from the assessments below and download a good motion picture to view this evening!

Adam's Apples - This film is a peculiar dark comedy about two very different men who have a fight of wills. It is a newly developed religious zealot versus a hard core neo-Nazi villain. The battle of good vs. evil is on. The key stars are Ulrich Thomsen, Mads Mikkelsen, Nicolas Brom, and Paprika Steen. (German-Danish-comedy directed by Anders Thomas Jensen)

On Guard - A dedicated swordsman saves a child princess from the evil grasp of her malevolent opponent. The toddler's father was also the swordsman's guru. A delightfully old-styled popcorn movie that is full of action and set in the France of Louis XIV. Cast includes Daniel Auteuil, Fabrice Luchini, Vincent Perez, Marie Gillain, Yann Collette, Didier Pang, and Philippe Noiret. (128 minutes, 1997)

The Horse Whisperer - After her daughter is critically injured in a horse riding accident, her well-to-do mother takes the horse to a celebrated horse whisperer in Montana. A romance between the two follows.

Rhapsody in Blue - Hollywood biography of George Gershwin is largely fiction, although comes off better than most other composer biographies, seizing Gershwin's excitement for his work, and some of his innermost conflicts. Cast includes Robert Aida, Joan Leslie, Alexis Smith, Oscar Levant, Charles Coburn, Hazel Scott, and Al Jolson. (139 minutes, 1945)

In Enemy Country - So-so WW2 story, set in France and England, filmed on a back-lot. Not extremely persuading. Cast includes Tony Franciosa, Anjanette Comer

Borderline - Peculiar thriller comedy in which Los Angeles cop Trevor tries to assemble proof contrary to cunning drug smuggler Burr when mixing with hard gentleman MacMurray in Mexico. Starts out favorably, although eventually slows down in absurdity. Burr makes a lucid scoundrel. The cast includes Fred MacMurray, Claire Trevor, Raymond Burr, Jose Torvay, Morris Ankrum, and Roy Roberts. (88 minutes, 1950)

Night Nurse - Extraordinary, hard story of nurse (Stanwyck) who couldn't forget about odd goings on in home where she works. Blondell adds zingy aid and it is one of Gable's most inspiring early appearances. Cast includes Barbara Stanwyck, Ben Lyon, Joan Blondell, Clark Gable, Charlotte Merriam, and Charles Winninger.
